☆ ~* Kanizen - The Best Crabs in town ☆~*

Last week my friend took me to the Kanizen, which is one of the best places serving Crabs from Hokkaido in Hong Kong.

Craving for the best Crabs in town, I just can't wait to book a table there to have Hairy Crab as my lunch.

The restaurant provide some worthy sets for the guest, finally we choose the Taraba Executive Set (HK$680+10%) which is putting togethera set of crab delicacies this winter.

It starts with the Cold Hoikaido Corn Soup with Sea Urchin and Taraba Crab Meat. Soup tastes good and it goes well with the Crab Meat! The presentation is nice btw.

Main course - Assorted Grilled Taraba Crab (leg, claw). Though my friend is not so fond of crab, she kept giving compliments to it. It was slightly towards the sweet side, but we enjoyed the richness and great taste of it!

Another highlight is the Crab Shabu Shabu - the fresh Crab Mustard goes well with the congee. It has strong sweetness and steady texture. can't imagine that we devoured all of it in just 10 mins!
